As you are aware over the past few years, we have all seen price increases in everything from food, to fuel, and energy to everything else in between.
The hosting industry is no different and we at 1Host have seen dramatic cost increases in the following areas.
- Data center power
- Hosting software licenses such as cPanel, Jetbackup and many others
- Cloud vendor price increases
- Domain name registrations
- Server equipment
- Labor
All of these items directly affect the cost of the services we provide and are unfortunately out of our control. For several years we have avoided raising our prices but in order to provide the same level of excellent service and support you have come to expect at 1Host, we have no choice but to increase the prices on some of our services. These price changes will take effect after April 1st, 2024.
We understand that price changes can be challenging, and we want to assure you that we are committed to keeping our prices as competitive as possible. Our team is working tirelessly to optimize our operations and continue delivering the value and service you rely on.
